If service is needed, Sunphor will, at its option, exchange the spare parts without charge for parts or labor. If Sunphor authorizes an exchange for the defective unit, Sunphor will ship a replacement spare parts to you with your next order, and the broken device or spare parts don’t need to be sent back to sunphor company.
